During season 2 episode 10 we meet a character called bethany who has her own tv show. Blitz is completely obsessed with bethany. He quotes her all throughout the episode, and cosplays as her.

Bethany also sings the song at the end of the episode.

Bethany is voiced by erika henningsen, the voice actor of charlie from hazbin hotel.

Bethany’s hair resembles charlie’s, and blitz criticises hotels during the episode.

Erika made a reference to this on twitter, and even said that bethany is “sigma rizz”
